HOME BASE SUPPORT CENTER
The Home Base Support Center is ready and eager to help with technical issues or questions regarding any Home Base application. We have recently upgraded to the Remedy on Demand ticketing system. What does this mean for you? Designated lead customers can now submit and manage requests for support 24/7 using a new web portal. Customers can continue to call the Home Base Support Center by phone during normal business hours.
Important: Under this new system, customers can no longer open tickets for assistance via email.
Only customers designated as contact leads with NCID numbers are allowed to submit tickets. Users who have issues that are not designated contact leads should contact their local support (SIS Coordinator, Lead Contacts, etc.) for assistance. The local support contact will escalate the issue to the Home Base Support Center, if needed.
Business hours are Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Customers may submit tickets through the portal 24/7, or call (919) 807-4357 during regular business hours.

Never give your user name and password identification to unknown callers during telephone solicitations or in email. The Department of Public Instruction will not ask for your user account and password information for PowerSchool. Any misuse of personal identification should be reported via email to email@example.com.|
